Patient No-Show Policy
One “No Show” appointment, the patient will be invoiced the appropriate amount of missed appointment. Note that no further appointments will be booked until the amount owed has been paid in full.
- Amount invoiced for one “No Show” appointments is $50.
Cancellation Policy
In cases that the appointment scheduled can not be attended, we would kindly ask you to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment time so that the time allotted can be given to other patients. All late cancellations will be invoiced the appropriate amount of the appointment. Please note that no further appointments will be scheduled until the invoice has been paid in full.
- Late Cancellations will be invoiced $40.
Abuse of Staff
Abuse of staff either over the phone, in writing, online, or in person will not be tolerated and this may be ground for immediate termination of services.
